The Windsor International Piano Competition is a non-profit organisation with a mission of providing excellence and education through competition and performance.


The Fourth Competition will be held from 10-14 July 2018 at Windsor Parish Church of St John the Baptist, located adjacent to the esteemed Windsor Castle. This beautiful early 19th century gothic building at the centre of the historic town will be a wondrous setting for the Competition.


The competition is open to pianists of any age and nationality.


Entrants will be designated in to one of three categories dependent on their age. Category A is for entrants up to 12 years of age. Category B is for entrants up to 16 years of age. Category C has no age limit. There are designated 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes for each category. For further details, please check the competition page.

The CD “New York Dreams” of Francisco Montero arrives to KNS Classical

Grand Prizewinner at the Windsor International Piano Competition 2016, Francisco Montero has entered KNS Classical.


New York Dreams reflects the importance of this city in Francisco Montero´s career. His acceptance at Juilliard School, where he was ranked the highest among more than 400 applicants, meant the beginning of a dream.


In this CD, Francisco Montero goes back to that time and remembers the pieces which accompanied him in this journey, the witness of his change to a new artist.

Winner at the Windsor International Piano Competition Enters KNS Classical

Grand Prizewinner at the Windsor International Piano Competition 2015, Steinway Artist Harry Nowakowski-Fox has entered KNS Classical.


With an already well-established and exciting concert career, Nowakowski-Fox has published his debut album under the title “Reverie”.


The album is a Schumann Recital with the masterwork “Kreisleriana” and the very well known “Scenes from Childhood”. Nowakowski shows a wonderful technical facility together with a deep understanding of the lyric aspects of the music. KNS classical is very proud of welcoming him to the label.
